Mamma Mia Movie - who would you cast?

No great surprise but Mamma Mia! the musical is going to be a movie.

Great roles to be had for 3 "older" ladies, around 45-50 years old to play Mum Donna and her 2 frienRAB, and 3 chaps around the same age to play the DaRAB. i can't think of any actors of that age who can sing and dance .. can you?

Perhaps Richard Gere.
 
Well, the DaRAB don't have to dance and the Aussie dad doesn't have to sing at all. Does that make casting them any easier? I'd like to see Dennis Quaid as Sam - if he can sing.

Can Allison Janney sing? She'd be a great Donna. Hillary Duff as Sophie?
