making your own sun glass line?

i want to pick the frame size, the color, the design, order it in the mail & start my own sunglass line. How and where would I be able to go about this?
 
I'd suggest making your own design and submitting it to a (plastics?) manufacturing company.

you'll make a lot more $$$ that way

china has some great deals, but if you want to help stimulate your own countries market, stick with local manufactures.
