Alright, so if i go on craigslist.org and tell people i will make a down payment on their car and then make payments and also add intrest, would it legally (i know its illegal, but done so often that cops really wouldn't bother to be involved) be aloud to happen. Like if the person agreed. What would be the best way of going about doing this? Making a contract between us two stating our part of the agreement. And then safely he can trust me with the title of the car while im trusting him for screwing me over in whatever way?
