To get the reviews for the best of each component the Tom's Hardware page referenced is a very good review site.

To get the best prices on all of your hardware/components, I'd go to www.pricewatch.com.

Another site that's related to a print magazine that's very good for modding, building your own pc, the best of the best reviews, etc, in fact they have an award they had out for the best gaming rig of the year, called the kick a$$ pc award, and that site is, www.maximumpc.com.
