I recently bought a pair of jeans which I want to cut into shorts. I don't like how shorts on sale are so tiny, so I'm going to cut the pair of jeans myself. It's high-waisted and a light blue colour. Do you think it would look better cuffed or just frayed at the end? Would it be too much to have shorts which are both high-waisted as well as cuffed? I would really appreciate your opinion or tips if you have any. Thanks!
