If my rogers wireless phone has 100 LD minutes for canada... say i make a call OUTSIDE my network in toronto, will i get charged for roaming? if im making a long D call back to my network (toronto)
so say i went on a trip to montreal... and i make LD call to toronto... will i get charged for roaming and or LD?
and now lets put it the other way around. Say im calling from Toronto, to another wireless phone in montreal (the guys network is from toronto too) will he receive charges for roaming there? even though he has free incoming?
