Making a usb arcade controller?

hi well i am having a little trouble making a usb arcade controller i was going to make one for my woods class project but the wiring seemed too complicated is there a kit that you can get so that you can just put in the buttons and joystick? and soldering doesn't matter to me i can do that if you have any questions please let me know
