I'm not an adult. My parents would never buy fancy gym equipment. Ever. So I want cardio and a little strength exercise for free. Is this possible? I'd like basic yet useful stuff to represent a treadmill, maybe exercise bike, a pull up bar, and like those weights on a machine that you pull, or at least some kind of weights. Thanks soooo much!
