Making a dance studio?

I am trying to make a dance studio in my house and i would like to know how much it would cost for a small room. I want a small barre, a large wall of mirrors, and dance wood flooring. Thank you for the help. Oh and how long would it take to build?
Oh and i live in colorado!
 
You should probably get an estimate from a contractor as they would know the pricing better than some random dancers on yahoo answers.
