makeup policy in the army?

are females allowed to wear makeup while in the army? i doubt its allowed during basic training, but what about after? if so, how much? and i know that hair has to be in a bun above the collar but is that the only acceptable style?
 
Assume so. The reason I say that was about a century ago I went into the Air Force. Someone screwed the class scheduling up and my whole flight got to sit through a make up and hair styling class. My TI was a little POed, but rules is rules. We got to make up the class we missed later. The instructor wasn't really sure what to do, so she taught it like it was scheduled.
