Makeup for Oily/Acne Skin

Does anyone know of a good make up for pimply skin? I've tried to go without and it's just too erabarrasing! My face is so much clearer in the morning but by the end of the day after wearing makeup I get these small bumps-which turn into ZITS! I have tried all the oil free makeup and it looks awful because I do also have some dry patches due to the medicine. Any suggestions?
 
Proactiv makes a great line of mae up and it isn't too expensive either. And of course it is AMAZING because itis specially designed for ance and oily skin
 
Im going to try Dermacia, its supposed to not flare up your acne because its supposed to be "breathable" foundation. So far someone on the beauty and cosmetics board says it hasnt flared up her acne. And apparently you do not have to order all the extra products that they try to sell with it if you just call their customer service (I went to the website and could only see where you could buy it in the package costing about $100 "yikes"). Im going to order mine....but sorry I cant actually tell you from my experience.
