That's what a PRL is, is nurabers, you can use QPST's RL editor to but if you are not sure of what to do it won't work.

I know a PRL is nurabers. I'm trying to make one. RL editor isn't any help if I am not sure what to do. I'm asking for help, not common sense. Why did you even bother posting on this if you don't have any useful information?

and my response was very simple. Providing you the info for what tool would work, and what a PRL is.
With out writing a book on PRL's which maybe someone could do sometime. We might be of more help if we knew what your after doing it. The 222000.prl exists but I haven't seen any links for it anywhere only talk. If I can get it I'll posit.
