I want to make a desktop assistant for windows, similar to the paper clip thing in microsoft office, only with my own custom animation sprite and for there to be a small list of security-oriented tasks; i.e. when you click on him a speech balloon will pop up and ask which security program (scan, etc) you want to run. Help plz?
