Make hidden paragraphs appear in HTML.?

So I'm creating a FAQ page for a website and I want this sort of format:

Q: How many cups of sugar does it take to get to the moon?
(Click here to get the answer)

And when the user clicks I want a paragraph or whatever sentences I have made for the answer appear.

So how is this done?
