majors for solar/wind/green energy solutions?

hi im going to college soon and i need to pick my college based on the majors available. i would really like to pursue a career in green energy as i stated in my question. what is the type of engineering/physics etc that are usefull in this line of work and do you know any universities that excell in these majors? all answers are appreciated. thanks
