Major issues with master service lock trying to Cricket Flash my moto q

I apologize if I am posting in the wrong forum, but this covers many issues I wasn't sure how to classify it.

I'm trying to flash my Moto Q to cricket, but its not going down right.

I've gone through the Moto Q walkthrough and I get to writing the prl with the motorola software. Well thats great and all, and I think I'm about there, but the phone wants the master service lock code, which is not 000000 anymore if it ever was.

Usually when I hit this snag I use RadioComm from PDO to read the code out of the PKU, well thats all good too, but out of all my phones (none of the rest are pda) the moto q is the one that it won't connect to.

I read that someone else used BITPIM to get into the nvram folder and find the hex codes, which would be GREAT, but I can't get the phone to connect to BITPIM. The phone active syncs properly, and connects as a windows mobile device but I just can't get past this glitch !

I even reloaded a fresh computer, installed nothing but the necessary software and still no go. RadioComm claims to have an IP connection to the Moto Q but its only plugged in via usb, and the radiocomm button never turns green like it does with the other phones, it does however turn purple instead of the desired green.

I've tried it with the K1 driver, and the moto Q Driver, I've tried it with DUN on and off if that even helps.

I can't figure out whats going on. If theres a way to nuke the moto q back to factory (thereby resetting to 000000) , or if theres a way to reset the master service lock, I would appreciate ANY HELP

I've been kicking at this thing for 3 days now and I am starting to lose my mind. IF i am missing anything stupid I apologize but would REALLY love a shove in the right direction.

Thanks IN ADVANCE !!
