Major in Micro/Molecular Bio, minor Chemistry, is this too common for Med School?

I'm going to start my junior year in my goal for a degree with a major in MM Biology and a minor in Chemistry. I'm not entirely sure whether I want to go into nursing, research (there's a lot of opportunity for that here in Oregon) or become a doctor. So as of now, I'm taking, or have taken, courses that cover all of the above for my prospective schools. This includes a full year of Anatomy & Physiology, two years of French, full year of Principles of Bio, full year of General Chemistry, full year in General Physics, full year in Organic Chemistry, both Statistics and Calculus, in addition to all of my necessary major requirements and electives. I currently have a 4.0 and I only have 50 credits to finish, most of which are electives.

My plan is to get my BS in MM Biology, minor in Chemistry. This isn't going to change. I guess I'm wondering if (and worried about) a degree in any form of Biology being too common and I'll just get glossed over, when applying to Med School. I don't really know where I would try to go either. So far I'm thinking OHSU, UW, or Stanford because they're close but I worry that I won't get in and I'll have to go far.
Sorry, 50 credits is incorrect, it's supposed to say 70.
