Major for something Computer heavy but also Art? (double maj?)?

Computer Science and Art departments have totally different communities surrounding them, but they both are known to be creative.
I know that an obvious answer would be Computer Animation, but I really think that wouldn't put all I know about computers to use. I've really been pushing to major in Computer Science in college, but ever since I've been told I have a creative outlet that I just cant let slide in college, I've been having second thoughts. I do like drawing and acting, but I also like the idea of coding, hacking (not malicious of course), system analysis, and solving problems (which computer animation just doesnt do.. hence, computer science). Also, I don't want to be building computers either, so leave engineering out of this! What would a double major in computer science and art get me? Would that be too tough? Is there a better combination out there that would fulfill my computer and artistic needs? HELP!
