so i currently live in new york and i will be moving to texas after senior year with my mom, so i will be going to college in Texas but living at home. my counselor told me in order to go to the University of Houston, i need to go to a community college for 1 or 2 years, acquire my residency in Texas, and then i can transfer to a university. Is there any way that i can go to a university right after senior year, while not being a resident and living at home? I NEED SUGGESTIONS
