Main People Responsible For Concentration Camps?

Well of course, Hitler was responsible for the camps to begin with. But, every camp had it's commander and it's soldiers. It was generally the SS guards that ran the camps. But they would use Jews to cook and sometimes maintain the health of the other Jews. So for Names, you would have to be specific on the camp that you're interested in.
 
For History HW:

Who where the main people responsible for the concentration camps during WW2 and who was responsible for running them?

Just the names would be nice.
The more the merrier. :)
