Mail for Exchange on Nokia E61i

Last year I made a post to ask about whether the exchange synchronization for symbian sync the tasks in Outlook 2003 and people said no. Well with the introduction of the e61i, has this changed? Will the synchronization process sync everything like how Windows Mobile does with Outlook?

There is a new version of mail for exchange and it works beautifully. It syncs inbox, contacts, and calendar, that's it.

You can also try ROADSYNC. It might sync task, but I know that you can sort your mail within each of your inbox subfolders right from the phone.

No tasks for RoadSync either. I just downloaded the trial version of RoadSync today to try it out. I'm not sure if it's worth $50 since Mail for Exchange is free. RoadSync does let you access subfolders and reply to meeting invites, which are two important features. The lack of task synchronization is one thing I sure miss after using Windows Mobile for a couple of years.

I use Roadsync (ver. 3) on an E61. It doesn't sync tasks. Sorry.

You can't accept/deny meeting requests with mail for exchange. You'll have to use RoadSync for that.

Roadsync does let you access to access subfolders, but it is not overly convenient.
