Magical Creature Question ?

I am currently writing a report for school on mythical creatures.... so far i only know of vampires, werewolves, wizards, witches... stuff like that.. not like: unicorns, three headed dogs, giant spiders or something.
Something I can make a story of.. ike how twilight is vampires and werewolves, and harry potter is wizards... i need something new, and fresh.

Well it depends on your creativity, most of the creatures have already been created and rest depends on you.
