Magic dealer (no AMS here)

Now owning two of the breed I have been trying to do some of my own maintenance. I screwed up trying to reverse a poor decision on replacement levers. Short is not good on the clutch side. So I messed up dealing with the dust cover while trying to replace the original lever. After the original prognosis, it looked like the master cylinder would have to be shipped to Brembo for the cure. My super guys at the dealership dumpster dived until they came up with the part. They gave me two trips to my house, spent untold time researching my options and the total cost was under $40.00. That, IMHO, is real service. isn't it great to have a nice story?

Judging by the lack of replies it appears people prefer bad news! I think it is great to give Dealers credit where it is due. I am happy with P&H Crawley but have yet to test them with any servicing.

Hey Melilli Moto - Central Florida's Ducati and Triumph Motorcycle Specialist, Derbi & MZ Scooters

Is the place to go if you need service an now they are a authorized ducati dealer, so you can buy a duc new from them now.

Hows that?

Hey, I really like my dealer MCC in villa park. The saleman John, can be a little distant sometimes, but that his personality. It's a family owned shop that enjoys motorcycles. They are nice and they treat you with respect. I have to call and make my 7500 mile service.... Dave is the tech and he works hard, nice personality very knowledgable.
