Magazine Help! Models, journalists etc...?

I'm looking for help to start up a non profitable national magazine... we need people such as wannabe glamour models, wannabe journalists, artists etc etc...

Have no problem finding advertising to fund... just need people to volunteer to help out but am finding it difficult to find places to advertise for volunteers!

Anyone know of any places/companies that might be able to help out?
