Made turbo Sx1.How?

Hello, now i have siemens sx1. I heard what peaple can made it faster... I dont know how to do it, i only heard what are 186 mhz or 195.. So deas anybody have more info about it? It is very interesting for me...How to do it? How to modify? Or it is only trick?
 
Many peaple have siemens sx1 and I believe that nobody have not some info about it...
