...if not, why ? To keep it would be against the low ( as they are receivers of stolen goods ), against the commandments they preach & immoral in the eyes of god.
Ignorence is not a defence in the eyes of the low & discouvery has no time limitations as DNA proof has convicted many offenders years a crime was commited.
If they not voluntarily return the stolen funds are they not preaching hypocrisy ?

Any stolen money should be law by returned to the original owner, or at least compensated to their liking.
