Madden 08 Glitches for the 360...?

I was wondering if you know any online Madden 08 glitches so I can pull them on people. I was going to video them and their reactions when doing it then offering them a fair game. My friends buddies do it all the time and it is friggin hilarious! So if anyone has any glitches for madden 08 online, please hook my up. I promise that none of them will go in bad use.
 
there is no glitch but when you play madden on line it lags for both players.
