Macally icecam: I have ichat, webcam, & unable to chat with some people?

- He has the newest aim update
- He's able to accept my video request, but it times out thus we aren't able to video chat
- It has worked with one other person who has a pc & built in camera
- I'm unable to chat with people I know who have macs and built in cameras (or)
- I try to start video chats with people who can video chat and it fails
