At the Mac Store they have a standard Mac program where you can take a live cam picture of yourself with a Web Cam then then make all sorts of funny distortions and backgrounds with the video image on the screen. My daughter has all sorts of fun playing with this.
Well Macs are just too darn expensive! But thats another issues. I am buying a PC laptop for my daughter and looking for a similar sort of program that works the same way as the Mac Software. BTW I am WELL aware you can do this with just about any graphics program but the one I am looking for would be specifically designed for Web Cams and has to be EASY to use. I am sure someone has built a program like this to run on Windows.
