My mac laptop is running very slow. I am new to macs and like it very much. Its less than a year old and its running slow, both program wise and internet wise. While on the web the download bar in the address box always sticks at around 1 inch long, sometimes i have to refresh several times to get it to load. It is the same with firefox ( i run safari ) I keep up to date on my updates and my connection is up and fast. It seems to be the laptop.
Any good free programs to clean up the mac, what might be the reason for the page load lag?
