mac and windows boot camp help please?

ok i have a imac and i have windows in boot camp and im wondering if i can put more disc space on the windows side because when i did boot camp i didnt put enough disc space thanks

oh yeah and also when i try to put a question mark it comes out like thisÉÉÉÉÉÉÉ so how can i change this also thanks
