Maaco summoned me to small claims court?

I took my husbands Tahoe to Maaco last June to change the color for him to surprise him when he cam home from deployment. I paid for the best paint job they offered and paid about $400 extra to get under the hood and the door frames painted. I knew my husband had ordered new handles, side view mirrors, and lights and asked if they would install them and they said sure for $100 or so. When i paid for the service they still needed to put on the handles. I picked it up the next evening. A few weeks later my husband came home and immediately started noticing issues. They ripped the old handles off (peeling the new paint) and did a very sloppy "touch up" job, the colors didn't match and there were runs fro the paint pen they used. There is orange peel everywhere. They oversprayed onto almost every interior panel. They didn't prime the door jams or under the hood so the paint is chipping off very easily and very badly. They also completely failed to paint the bottom of and door! Also, the little bit of sanding they did do resulted in gouges into the metal of the Tahoe. The also over sprayed the gloss coat onto the windows. We're afraid to try and remove it because we don't want to damage our tinting.

We contacted Visa and started a claim. We emailed pictures, statements, and quotes from other paint shops on how much they would charge to fix what Maaco did. I originally paid Maaco $2039 and the cheapest quote we got was $4000 (and that was from another Maaco lol) Visa found in our favor seeing that the service we paid for was not compete and refunded our full amount.

now to present day. I was just served today while at work saying Maaco is taking me to small claims court for the matter.

Are we in pretty good shape since Visa already did a full investigation and found in our favor? Also in similar stories and/or advice would be appreciated.
oh, we did go back to Maaco and showed them all their mess ups and they got really rude so my husband got rude back. They said if my husband was going to be rude they they were done. The then offered to "touch up" the door jams and hood, but since we already knew what their handle touch up looked like we declined. In our second quote it says a touch up would not fix any issue with the Tahoe, its a total strip down/sand down/and repaint
