M35 hange after a few minutes

i have 2 phone M35 hange, i have clean the board, battery terminal , change the connector battery, and reflash with Martech, unisiemens, FREIA v.15 and it still hange for a few minutes afterswitch on. what's the problem ???
is there CPU problem or what ?
