M-Audio keystation 61es foot pedal is not working?

I have a M- Audio 61es keystation im using it on a mac but i also use it on an XP, i plugged my sustain foot pedal in on the XP and mac and its not working, ive downloaded a new driver and i know my pedal works fine, i really need some help on this one, i need it up and running as soon as possible
