Lymph nodes small Doctor help..?

I was wondering can you feel small sized lymph nodes not to hard and when always put some cream for the skin or oil and when feeling around collarbone or next to the trachea of the throat area I can feel them they don't feel big big the ones on the collarbone feels less then a pea size and the one next to my trachea a little like a pea size. Also I have one lump right in front of my thyroid left side it's been there for awhile not super big only noticeable when I tilt my head back it's tender and almost a cm big don't hurt none of the nodes do.. Should I worry? Thanks
