Lymph Node pain....

Hello, recently i have found 2 enlarged lymph nodes in my neck they are on iether side of my jugular vien and they are constricting bloodflow to my head,
(ever get up too fast and fall over) yeah, thats how i live,one big constant head rush and im kinda sick of it.
I was wondering would they remove at least one of them, or will baby aspirine help at all, but sometime in the future if the doctors dont want to remove one, ill do it myself.

Please find another Dr. If this is serious enough to post here, you need some straight answers. I'm not a Dr but sounds like there's an underlying cause being overlooked. (ex: CFS)

i can physicaly grab them and move them, and when i do my headache goes away and as soon as i let them go the headache comes back....

I didnt go to the doctor about it yet,
