My Ex and I are currently going through a pretty nasty custody battle, and he is doing anything and everything he can think of to get revenge against me and is also doing whatever he can so he wont have to pay support...or very little at least. He is a seasonal worker but still makes pretty decent money. He is currently laid off, but his ROE for this year is claiming that he made $15,000 less than he did in 2008, meanwhile there is no difference in his pay or the amount of time that he worked. He mentioned to me a couple weeks ago that he was only bringing in half pay cheques because he was getting his boss to put more into their Profit Sharing/RRSP for him so it could help him out come tax time. Im not sure what the situation is exactly but there is DEFINETLY something fishy going on. I have a copy of his 2008 taxes and his T4 for 2008 proving that he made a lot more than he claims he makes. If I am able to prove this, what will happen to him, what type of penalty is it, and is this concidered Fraud?
