So a history: My hair has been thinning since my 20s...I am 34 now. I have always had trouble losing weight. High blood pressure. Been really tired all the time. I get headaches that were diagnosed as supraorbial neuritis, so they are nerve related, not vascular, and are treated with injections into the nerve a couple of times a year. Low body temp. Cold hands, etc etc etc. So I ask my doctor to test my thyroid. He tests for thyroid issues. TSH, T3, T4 and an ANA panel per my request. He also tested Vitamin D, Vitamin B, DHEA, Testosterone. Thyroid came back fine. Vit D was VERY low, testosterone was low, DHEA was low, ANA came back positive. 1:320 homogenous. Started Vitamin D supps, 50,000iu a week for three weeks. Also started testosterone supp, and dhea. And he ran an expanded antibody panel. All are normal now. There was one level a little high. C3. It said normal was 180 and I was at 182 so he isnt concerned. It being high, from what I read, also rules out Lupus?? I cant help but feel like something is still wrong. My vision is a little blurry, and the last few days, I smell smoke constantly. I have read on these boards a little about this, I didnt realize it was so common.

I feel a little more energetic since I have gotten all the vitamins and hormones under control, but I still feel like there is something I am missing. Any ideas?
