lumps

for ages i constantly have swollen lumps in my neck but they always dissapear and new ones come up i recently had 7 lumps at one time. the last few months on my left side my shoulder has been sore round my breast and down my side at my ribs it feels like the bones are sore and recently i have felt small lumps on my shoulder and on my side. any idea what this could be ?
