lumps under rib cage,

Hello, I have a couple of lumps with no real clear margins, but it's become tender and somewhat painful to touch. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Pls dont ignore this... Go for a complete round of health check-up, it might be a serious issue if the lumps are painful.
