Lumps on inside of elbows (where bicep meets the forearm)

I have 2 lumps, 1 on each arm where they bend, where the bicep meets the forearm, they are in the exact same spot on each arm and almost exactly the same size. I've also felt similar lumps on my mother, same spot.

I've been looking online and can't find out what they are, whether they are normal like a muscle, tendon or something or something not normal.
