Within the last 2 days i found a lump under my skin on my left side about 10 inchs across to the left of my belly button on the left.On top is a small pimple with what looks like a black head but under this under the skin is a very hard lump.The same day what apears to be a lump its red and very saw came on my nose.anyone any idea of what this could be.
