lump under skin on finger

Hi i am new on here could some one please help i have a hard lump under my skin on the bottom of my 3 rd finger on my right hand on palm side, over the past week it as grown. It feels like it is on the bone joint. Thank you hope some one can help me. p.s i don't have pain with it. Thank you again
