lump under left rib cage

my 26 y/o daughter developed a little larger than marble size lump under her left rib cage. she says it has been there for a while. It does not feel normal and causes pain/tenderness to touch. I cannot tell if there is one or two. I am very concerned as what this might be. unfortunately she was laid off from work and does not have insurance. Can you please explain if this is an urgent situation and what we should do?
 
Does the lump move around under the skin as if a marble was just popped in under the skin? Does it have clear margins?
 
That kinda sounds like what i have. About a year ago i got pnemonia and then on and off i had this bump under my left breast. Since about November of last year, i have it all the time. It is very tender and hurts to put any pressure on it.
I cant see exactly where it is, since i am a little overweight, but i can feel it in there.

YEsterday i had an endoscopy and colonscopy and they couldnt see it.

I dont think that helped but i hope it helped you some!
