Lump on Neck and Breast

I'm 27/male. I've had a lump on the upper-left side of my neck for a year or so, I imagine it could be a "knot" or a swollen lymph node.

Recently I developed a lump on my right breast, there is also some slight reddish, raised skin in the area, but nothing too noticeable. Is this normal? What could it be? (I haven't bruised the area, either.)
 
Anything like this should be checked out. Especially since the first lump has been there so long. It may be nothing, but why take a chance?
