Lump on my neck....

This thing is huge, red and it hurts really bad.

I already popped it a little. It oozed puss and had a major explosion.

Now it has no head and its under a lot of pressure.

What is it and what do I do?
 
I've had a couple of those. They can really hurt.

I started using aveeno complexion soap to clean my face and neck. This has really helped to prevent so many popping up.

If I do get one, I apply a little Tea Tree Oli twice a day. If I catch it in time, this will prevent it from getting big. It does take it awhile to go away though.
