Greetings all!
Just over a week ago I discovered a medium sized oval shaped lump on back of my neck, right at the top of neck where it meets skull. Next day after finding it I went straight to the doctors, who ordered an xray and told me to come back next day after xrays where done. After viewing xrays I was told spine was clear of any abnormalities and that it was most likely a swollen muscle, doctor said it would clear up in no time. Its been just over a week now and the lump doesn't seem to of reduced in size at all, I'm just curious on how long a swollen muscle in that area should take to recover and if there is anything I shouldn't be doing to hinder recovery.
I have a pretty bad anxiety problem so naturally I'm worried it could be something other than a swollen muscle
