D dreedy3 New member Oct 6, 2010 #1 I have a silver dollar sized lump just under the skin. It is firm, but not hard. It doesn't hurt at sight, but have had pain that feels like it is in my bones. There is also a puckering of the skin above it like the skin if stuck to muscle.
