Lump in neck

I noticed a lump in my neck a week ago. I went to my doctor and he ran some blood work and I am schedualed to go to an ENT. Can anyone tell me what they think it could be?
 
Swollen lymph node? (any infections in the last year?)
Swollen salivary gland? (dry mouth/eyes? Is it red or sore?)

I'm guessing he would've sent you to an endocrinologist if he suspected a thyroid problem.
