im a 17 year old male and about 4 days ago i notice a hard lump inside the right side of my scrotum about 2 cm big not attached to anything its just there in the loose skin it just came over night and sometimes when i squeese it puss comes out. also my glands around the right side of my groin are swollen and sore when i touch them could you tell me what u may think this could be?
